We’re celebrating big at IDO this week—and “four” good reason.
For the fourth consecutive year, IDO has been named one of the 28 standout employers in the Small Employer Category of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s Best Places to Work in Indiana program.
We don’t yet know our exact ranking (that reveal is coming soon!), but you can bet we’ve circled May 13, 2026, on our calendars. We’re looking forward to celebrating this quadruple win at the annual awards evening with organizations from across the state.
About the Award
Now in its 21st year, Best Places to Work in Indiana highlights companies that are getting workplace culture right. The 150 honorees span more than 20 industries and nearly 30 cities and towns—from Bloomington to Fort Wayne, from Indianapolis to South Bend—representing the very best of Indiana’s employers.
Selections are based on detailed employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys, administered by Workforce Research Group. In other words: this recognition comes straight from the people who know our culture best—our team.
