Here is a sampling of data offered; –          35% of all U.S. construction jobs are green today and are helping the economy.  In fact green building in the U.S. increased to 44% in 2012 and is expected to be 55% by 2016; according to the source 2013 Dodge Construction Green Outlook, Mc Graw Hill construction. –          LEED buildings touch an awe-inspiring amount of building occupants who benefit from healthier, more efficient structures through home, work or through their day-to-day lives.  Millions of passive or proactive building occupants validate the green building industry and help fuel its growth.  Today more than 4.3 million people live and work in LEED-certified buildings with more than 6.2 million people are experiencing a LEED-certified project each day. ” –          “Professionals with green credentials are adding value to the individual and the firms that employ them – 68% of firm executives report that having workers with green credentials helped them grow their green business.” –          Of the top 10 Industries with LEED Professionals Across Industry Sectors, the Interior Design Industry rakes 5th with Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering and project Management in the top 4 slots. –          USGBC has a Global Presence with the top 5 Countries with Member Companies including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Unite Arab Emirates and China. In the report, Jeffrey Hines notes; “We also believe that numbers tell an important story.
