Lee Boyland

RID, LEED Green Associate

After graduating from Ball State University in 2008 (chirp, chirp!), Lee joined IDO later that year and has had the privilege of wearing many hats and gaining experience in many aspects of the business. From starting as an intern and handling design and administrative tasks simultaneously, to working in several market segments of design, and finally managing a team of designers today. Lee became an NCIDQ certificate holder and a LEED Green Associate accredited professional in 2011. She has enjoyed serving on Ball State University’s interior design advisory board since 2017.

Having lived in Europe as a child, Lee was exposed at an early age to a beautiful architectural landscape, which helped lead her path to an education in Interior Design.

Lee is passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service through the right combination of customer service, professionalism, and innovative design solutions.

Outside of work, time well spent for Lee is with her husband, son and daughter on bike rides or watching movies. She enjoys taking her chocolate lab pup on daily walks, reading, book club, binge-watching Netflix mystery/drama series and serving in the children’s ministry at her church.
