Completed in May 2021, IDO Incorporated renovated this Corporate Client’s 18,000 sq. ft. floor design to better suit their evolving workspace needs. The IDO Team created visually appealing, open-concept, flexible workspaces that foster a “teaming” environment for these occupants. Tones of blue were used to create a calming oasis and this color scheme was carried throughout in the soft seating, tile accents, artwork, and carpeting in this floor renovation. Active furnishings, like height-adjustable and treadmill desks, give occupants the freedom to move about their space during their workday. Focus rooms outfitted with various seating options, provide a more private space for occupants who need to take a call, have a more intimate meeting, or even find a few moments of solitude during their day. More private enclave spaces were also designed to provide additional, small team meeting environments. Additionally, as part of the flexible, shared space IDO created, occupants may utilize lockers for personal storage as well as assigned and shared workstations. Locker usage minimizes the use of paper, provides an eco-friendly solution to personal storage in the workplace, and helps create a flexible environment that the client was looking for.

IDO also designed the shared common space on this floor renovation known as the “Social Hub”. This area houses an updated breakroom space that features custom tile work, decorative lighting, various hard and soft seating, and textiles that draw in the overall design of this floor renovation. This space was intended to be the heart of the floor where people can come together and gather socially throughout the workday.
