This high-end lab space, created by IDO Incorporated, was designed to be a functional, fully flexible work environment. Giving different groups the space needed to come together and work on innovative projects. Large areas of the floor were left open for sizeable equipment to be free-standing and plugged into ceiling interface panels above for power, utilities and data. Large, open bench spaces throughout invite collaboration for its occupants, but also have the capacity for large equipment to function at its’ best. New ergonomic stools and height-adjustable benches at each grouping, allow scientists to be flexible in the space and work more comfortably. This floorplan also allows for many teams to make the space their own during a temporary, new project. This project was completed in September 2022.
