Completed in January 2021, the IDO Incorporated team was tasked with bringing this 24,000 sq. ft. floor of office space from traditional workspaces up to current standards of being open and collaborative. IDO was challenged to “make a (meaningful) statement” with this renovation. The goals were to usher more light into the space, add warmth and variety through textures, finishes and ultimately invoking a feeling of connectedness to nature for those who occupy the floor. The newly renovated space yields 135 workstations, several meeting spaces, ranging from two-person to 20-person, outfitted with traditional and more collaborative furniture. This space also features a social break space, serving meeting and dining needs and several flex areas that encourage collaboration and synergy.
