IDO Incorporated has provided interior design services for many IU resident halls. This student housing building accommodates 444 students in a combination of double- and single-occupancy bedrooms. In addition, the five-story, 155,000 square foot facility features a number of 56-person communities, as well as other community support spaces. With sustainability a major consideration for the design, the project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
